We cover a range of topics across the Leadership and Management spectrum and in a number of formats. We can scale up or down the level of challenge in the content depending on the audience. All of our content can be backed up with academic material that can be used as supporting reading depending on the target audience and their appetite for learning! Here's an overview of some of the common subjects we deliver:
Coaching for individuals
This is a topic very close to our hearts - and with good reason. One to one coaching for managers has been proved to help develop competency in managing, leading, cognitive ability, effectiveness and communication when targeted correctly and given the right amount of time.
Improving Performance and Getting Results
We hear a lot of people telling us they are being asked to do ‘more with less’. This requires clarity on what is possible, and how to engage people. Whether it is getting the basics right – communication, setting objectives, feedback, performance management – to developing your skills either through one to one coaching with one of our qualified coaches, or providing a coaching programme to train your teams on how to coach, we know that performance is the key to getting those great results.
Team Development
Do you have the team you always wanted? Is everyone working together how you would like? Or is it more like a random selection of ingredients that have been provided by the head chef with the request for you to ‘make something outstanding from these’?...
Well we can help. After some well structured diagnostics, we can decide with you on where you need to start, what approaches would work for the people you have. We love techniques like Open Space and World Café, as they bring people together, inviting their opinions and views and allowing them to collaborate and communicate – often with surprising results!
Emotional Intelligence
This topic sits very closely to our first love - coaching. Understanding yourself, and how you impact on others runs through all our programmes and is usually implicit in our course designs.
We also work with the Emotional Capital Report (ECR) 360 degree psycometric tool from Roche Martin (https://www.rochemartin.com) as a useful starting point for leaders on their development journey.
Organisational Change

Developing Leadership
Is it for yourself, your team or even your organisation as a whole? We have years of experience of leadership in organisations. We understand the written and the unwritten rules. Creating a Motivational Climate
Building on our business psychology know-how, we can offer support for your and your team to develop the motivational climate that best represents you and how you want your workplace to be.
You can select a format to suit your needs:
Virtual Instructor Led Training, or VILT, can be run on your preferred platform in 90 or 120 minute sessions, a half day, a whole day or even across a number of days, for group sizes from 4 - 40 at the time of day that suits your time zones.
Face to face - we'll work to maximise our effectiveness in the time frame that suits you so we can do our infamous 120's ( that's 120 minutes of high octane subject-specific delivery to ensure your people aren't away from the office for too long), half a day, a full day, evening sessions (we have even had residential weekends!).
Phone or Skype is great for ongoing coaching relationships and we can be very flexible about the timings.
